$2,700 and $7,000 are what I run for my standard clients. $10,000 is built for Growth Nation specifically — your infrastructure, your login/password, your SOPs.

No single person is deep on every channel. Here's where I'm strongest, where I buy expertise upfront so the engagement doesn't start with my learning curve, and where I keep consulting throughout.

Paid acquisition systems and content engines. The 100 ads, 30 articles, and this site clone are direct outputs of the same tooling I'd run for you.

Cold email. I have a direct consult relationship with the founder of a 7-figure cold email agency — three sessions before the W5 build, baked into the price.

Consult continuously

Paid search and lead-enrichment plumbing at scale. Three consults upfront, three more during the engagement. Honest about where I'm not the deepest.

03 · Handoff (Tier 03)

Built to hand off.

Tier 03 includes weekly SOP documentation. By Month 3 every system is operator-ready. At Day 90, three paths — your call.

Option A

Junior operator

Hire a ~$60k role to run day-to-day. SOPs hand off cleanly. I step out.

Option B

Fully in-house

Take the playbook and the engine output. Your team runs it from there.

Option C

Keep me on R&D

Junior or your team operates. I stay on strategy and iteration.

For reference: a full-time fractional CMO runs $15k+/mo. Tier 03 at $10k stays under that floor and leaves room for me to keep one or two other engagements running.

Two quick scoping questions

Question 01

What's the primary goal — demo bookings, self-onboarding, or AEO?

The tier scope shifts a lot depending on whether we're funneling AEs to your HubSpot meeting link, building a PLG flow, or optimizing for AI engine discovery. Different channels, different creative, different attribution.

Question 02

What runway are you sizing this against — three months or twelve?

Three months means I bias toward fast-signal channels (paid + cold). Twelve means SEO and authority compound into the mix. Tier choice and channel order both shift.
